Our commitment
Databright Cloud Solutions is committed to making databright.cloud usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, screen magnification, or reduced-motion settings.
Standard we target
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We describe this as a target rather than a certification: the site has been reviewed against the guidelines internally but has not been audited by an independent third party.
What we have done
Every interactive element — navigation, menus, accordions, links, and buttons — can be reached and operated with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator at each step.
A skip link is the first focusable item on every page, so keyboard and screen-reader users can bypass the navigation.
Pages use landmarks, a single descriptive page heading, and a logical heading order, so assistive technology can navigate by structure.
Body and interface text is checked against the WCAG AA contrast thresholds on both the light and dark sections of the site.
If your system requests reduced motion, transitions, animations, and smooth scrolling are switched off.
Decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology; illustrations that carry meaning, such as the conversation-intelligence example, have a text description.
Layouts reflow down to small screens and tolerate text zoom without loss of content or horizontal scrolling.
Accordions report their expanded state to assistive technology, and collapsed content is removed from the accessibility tree rather than merely hidden visually.
Known limitations
We would rather name these than imply the site is perfect:
- The site has not been independently audited or user-tested with assistive-technology users. Both are on our list.
- The wide architecture comparison table on the Zero-ETL page scrolls horizontally on small screens. The content is fully reachable, but it requires sideways scrolling.
- Some diagram-style layouts convey relationships through visual arrangement. We provide text labels for each element, but the overall shape of a diagram may be less obvious when read linearly.
- Typefaces are loaded from a third-party service. If that request fails, the site falls back to system fonts, which changes appearance but not content.
